Just got back from my first run in like a month. Beautiful 55 degrees. Easy five miles--45 minutes. Legs felt decent.

I had the idea of creating this blog for the community of runners at SMC. During the cold, dreary days of winter it is difficult to find the motivation to get out and run. I thought keeping an online community blog as a journal of our training efforts might serve as motivation.
The thought is to post something about each of your training runs/workouts.
